Wanted: Parents to serve on the Parent Advisory Council

The Office of Child Development and Early Learning is searching for parents just like you!

Do you believe that quality Early Care and Education plays a major role in a child’s success?

Would you be interested in sharing your ideas and experiences?

Are you interested in working with other parents to improve services and programs for young children?

Does your child receive services or supports from any of these programs:

• A Keystone STARS Child Care Center
• A Pennsylvania Pre K Counts Classroom
• Child Care Works/ Child Care Subsidy
• Early Intervention Services
• Head Start
• Nurse Family Partnership
• Parent Child Home Program

The Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL) is committed to strengthening our partnership with families.  

Currently, we are seeking parents to join our Parent Advisory Council who:

• Have a child under the age of 8
• Are not professionals in the Early Care and Education field
