Parents Express Sincere Thanks for PA Pre-K Counts Program!

Blair County parents share the experiences of their children in the PA Pre-K Counts program

We would like to express our sincere thanks to Begin With Us and the PA Pre-K Counts program. Both of our children attended the program spanning 2008-2012.

Begin With Us PA Pre-K Counts has a perfect balance of play based learning and academic learning and academic learning. Our daughter adjusted well to this balance. As a result, she excelled in kindergarten and first grade with strengths in reading, spelling, math and group play.

Our son required some educational structure, which Begin With Us PA Pre-K Counts program was able to provide. He had difficulty with his speech, following directions and playing in small groups. Thankfully, the structure provided through the PA Pre-K Counts Program has helped him adjust and we look forward to watching him excel in kindergarten in the fall.

Our children had so much fun while learning; they were always excited to go to school. The PA Pre-K classes also include educational field trips which really add to the excitement of learning.

We trust and believe and believe in Begin With Us and the PA Pre-K Counts educational program. We sincerely hope that Begin With Us continues to receive the funding needed to provide the ongoing educational curriculum for the PA Pre-K Counts classes that our children were so fortunate to receive.
